Acceptable Use Policy

A1. Scope

This AUP applies to all users of the Services, including Shops, Authorized Users, End Customers using tracker links, and visitors using the public widget. Violations may lead to suspension or termination.

A2. No Scraping or Automated Access

Do not use robots, spiders, crawlers, scrapers, AI agents, or other automated means to access, extract, index, or copy the Services or their data, except through interfaces we expressly provide. Do not bypass robots.txt, rate limits, or access controls. Do not enumerate or guess tracker-link codes. Do not harvest data from the public widget.

A3. No Reverse Engineering or Competitive Use

Do not decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the Services, except where the law permits it despite this restriction. Do not access the Services to build a competing product or to benchmark them for publication without our consent. Do not resell the Services or operate them as a service bureau. Do not probe for or expose non-public systems, prompts, or configurations.

A4. Security

Do not test the Services for vulnerabilities without written permission. Do not introduce malware, interfere with the Services or overload them, share accounts, or access another Shop's data.

A5. Messaging Abuse

Do not send texts or emails without legally required consent. Do not send marketing to recipients who gave only service consent. Do not ignore opt-outs, send outside permitted hours, spoof sender identity, or send content that carriers prohibit, including SHAFT content (sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, tobacco) where it is restricted, phishing, or debt-collection or lending content without the required compliance. Do not use purchased or rented lists.

A6. Unlawful, Deceptive, or Harmful Content

Do not use the Services to: misrepresent repairs, parts, or prices; charge for unauthorized work; create false estimates or invoices; violate auto-repair, consumer-protection, or anti-discrimination laws; upload content that infringes another's rights; or upload unlawful, harassing, or defamatory material; or upload child sexual abuse material or non-consensual intimate imagery. We report apparent CSAM to NCMEC as required by law.

A7. Sensitive Data Handling

Do not record ID or insurance details unless you have a legitimate need. Do not enter full payment card numbers, bank credentials, Social Security numbers, or health information unless a feature is designed for it.

A8. AI Features

Do not send AI Output without human review. Do not use AI features to generate deceptive or unlawful content, to impersonate a person, or to attempt to extract the underlying models or instructions.

A9. Enforcement and Reporting

We may investigate violations, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement. Report abuse to hello@xulari.com. If we take action against your account, you may ask us to reconsider by replying within 14 days.
